We are looking for enthusiastic Catering Assistants to work at MLC Heights in Hillsborough, Auckland. Hours of work are Casual (on an as and when required basis) however, the shifts that you could be working are either 10:00 - 14:30 Monday through to Friday or Tuesday and Friday nights 17:00 - 20:30.

Your responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for assisting with general café duties, barista skills preferred. You will also be providing superb customer service, and assisting in general kitchen and cleaning duties.

About you:

If you're our ideal candidate you will be a responsible person will be reliable, honest and hardworking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy interacting with the elderly. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a café and have previous barista experience. Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.

• be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa.
• need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check.
• need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status.
