He angitūtanga / The opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Café Assistant to work at our Senior Living site in Hillsborough, Auckland. Hours of work are permanent, full-time, 9am-3:30pm Saturday to Monday.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:

In this position you will be responsible for assisting with general café duties, barista skills preferred. You will also be providing superb customer service, and assisting in general kitchen and cleaning duties.

He kōrero mōu / About you:

If you're our ideal candidate you will be a responsible person will be reliable, honest and hardworking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude. You will have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy interacting with the elderly. Ideally you will already have some experience working in a café and have previous barista experience. Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.

To be considered for this position you will: 

• be a New Zealand citizen or resident or be in position of a valid NZ work visa.
• need to Pass a Pre-employment Background Check.
• need to provide evidence of your Covid-19 vaccination status.
