ROLE PURPOSE
In this highly competitive environment we have defined a clear strategy that optimises our current business, whilst understanding how consumer trends will impact our category in the future. The main purpose of this role is to support the strategy director & the home care leadership in delivering this strategy across our business. This is a highly strategic and analytical role which will help bring discipline into our workstreams so we make sure everything is connected from category strategy to priorities to plans and performance management. This role has high visibility as opportunity to be in touch with senior leadership from both global functions and markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead division innovation performance management & reporting to enable senior decision making to drive actions and improvements.
Funnel sufficiency: Drive data discipline and integrity improvements within innovation management systems, working alongside global and local market teams.
Innovation performance: Drive 100-day reviews & PLE reviews across Home Care, including ensuring completion and driving improvements with the core innovation management team.
Contribute to Strategy Reviews (ULE, Board, 1HC etc.); independently craft storylines and presentations - take information from various sources and synthesise into a clear and compelling narrative for leadership, external investors, etc.
Drive division priorities, action outcomes of various innovation reviews & update key stakeholders appropriately.

Previous experience in category strategy role desirable.
In-depth knowledge & experience of Unilever data systems (Power BI, IPM etc).
