To create a safe and stimulating learning environment in which to motivate and encourage learners, whilst planning and delivering lessons, ensuring adherence to the scheme of work and lesson plans. You will be confident integrating the Learn to Swim Framework and programming reward schemes into classes, by providing age-appropriate explanations and accurately demonstrate swimming techniques. Correcting faults in swimming techniques and identifying methods to improve performance will be second nature. You will regularly assess each participants’ ability and record all attendance and attainment via a digital online portal.
You will be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a positive attitude towards learning to swim and water safety. You will have excellent communication and influencing skills, able to work with all age groups, who will inspire confidence and motivate others to succeed. You will be professional, punctual and committed to best practice at all times.
Additional Requirements:
Level 2: £14.00 per hour
Level 1: £11.00 per hour plus benefits
Contracted and Casual hours are available.
Hours are worked across 7 days including evenings and weekends.
