  What you'll need to have:
  
  * Physically fit
  
  * Able to pass a pre employment and random drug testing
• Some previous TC work would be advantageous, but not necessary
• 
  A great attitude and a mature outlook
  
  * Flexibility to be notified the day before.
• Excellent health & safety awareness
