We are recruiting for additional casual laundry assistants to provide an effective and efficient laundry service to the Care Home. More about the role:

• Provides a clean, hygienic and effective laundry service, by operating all laundry equipment as specified.
• Ensuring all care is taken with personal clothing of residents and returned to owners.
• Meeting of daily schedule to keep laundry up to date and advising Manager of any issues / maintenance.
• Show an ability to follow clear directions and procedures.
• Show an understanding of safe care and practice in one’s daily work

• Ability to effectively and safely use laundry equipment.
• Friendly, warm and caring attitude in all situations.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Physically fit as the role requires quite a bit of physical activity in the performance of duties.
