Hi we are looking for energetic people who are reliable and who take pride in their work, to join our busy housekeeping teams. There are casual job vacancies available at both the Apollo Lodge Motel, and Capital View Motor Inn. Both businesses are well established, busy, inner-city motels with vibrant and friendly housekeeping teams. 

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a team environment. Computer skills are not necessary. Shifts and hours are not guaranteed as it is a casual position, and hours will vary depending on occupancy rates. As these are busy motels however, good hours will be on offer for ideal candidates. This is day-time work. Work-days start at 8am for a minimum of 3 hours. For example, some days you may be finished by 12pm, and others, not until 3pm. We are open 7 days. We are looking for people who can work week-days and/or weekends. This role is flexible, and can be negotiated to suit your timetable. 

We do not have WINZ members staying on either premises. We also respectfully request that candidates be fully vaccinated. 

Some job tasks to name a few:

- Mopping and vacuuming;
-Wiping down surfaces;
-Using disinfectants and other cleaning products;
-Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms;
-Dusting;
-Cleaning common areas;
-Friendly and respectful towards peers and clients; and 
-Notifying management of any necessary maintenance.
