Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Reviewers to visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc. You will be paid per job you complete correctly and on time.

A Customer Service Reviewer (also known as mystery shopping/secret shopping) may involve visiting a nominated retail store, submitting online web enquiries or conducting over the phone evaluations, as an 'undercover customer' then reporting back on the experience by completing a survey online. We provide you all the information prior to completing the job. Some areas of assessment may involve (not limited to); customer service, store presentation, product knowledge, add-on selling techniques, promotional material etc.

To become a customer service reviewer you will need:

• To be 18 or over
• Great communication skills
• Very good writing skills
• Follow instructions accurately
• Be contactable and reliable (eg, be committed and complete jobs by the deadline)
• A good memory & attention to detail
• Your own car, or transport
• Wifi / internet connection
• Computer skills with access to a computer/laptop/tablet/smart phone
• Adobe Reader/Acrobat software (free to download)

The number of jobs offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the job, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability. A job may take anywhere between 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete and you will be advised of the job pay rate in advance, but the pay rate is generally between $8 and $25 per job, sometimes up to $100! The pay rate is determined by the complexity and type of the job, length of time taken to complete and whether you make and keep a purchase item. You may be required to make a purchase (which usually you can keep) and be reimbursed. Payments are made via direct deposit into your nominated bank account
