The Reconnect Case Manager will be responsible for providing counselling, information, advice and referrals to individuals experiencing multiple barriers to engaging with employment and education pathways. The role will provide intensive case management of participants incorporating effective links to targeted training, vocational outcomes and/or sustainable employment for disadvantaged individuals that identify as prior job seekers.

This position will also support management in a range of activities associated with the effective operation and delivery of services associated with the Reconnect program.

We are seeking someone who has qualifications in youth work, welfare, counselling or equivalent experience of working with people who have complex needs. Additionally, you will have skill and experience in case management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to use a wide range of case management strategies, tailored to individual participant needs.
