About You
A team player who is self-motivated, able to work on own initiative and display good judgement even in high pressure scenarios. Someone who is able to manage, monitor and continually develop their own knowledge.
You will need to be experienced and suitably qualified in all aspects of carpentry and joinery to a minimum City and Guilds Carpentry and Joinery. A secondary experienced in other fabric trades including but not limited to painting, decorating, tiling, roof repairs, flooring, and locksmith tasks will be necessary.
You will need to be fully conversant with all British Standards and relevant regulations
