Our client is looking for a motivated and passionate Care Manager to work within the community in Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs.

Desired

• Provide clinical leadership, education, training, and support within the team
• Experience working in case management 
• Be able to promote a positive culture that embraces the values of the provider
• Ensure compliance with aged care accreditation standards
• Current AHPRA registration

Required

• Demonstrated experience in management within Health, Aged Care, or Community Services Sectors 
• A great understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards 
• A current Australian driving license
• National Police and NDIS clearances
• Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
