At Bradbury Care Home, in Southend-on-Sea we offer 34 residents a new chapter of their lives. Our Care home provides a unique setting where our corridors and numerous lounges encourage movement, involvement and a sense of fun.As a Care Assistant you will play a vital role in delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will deliver personal care and promote independence as much as we can. Experience is not essential to this role; we are looking for employees who have a passion for caring, we will provide you with full training and unlike other care homes provide our employees with a minimum of two hours per week of dedicated development time.
