We are looking for employees who have a passion for caring, we will provide you with full training and unlike other care homes provide our employees with a minimum of two hours per week of dedicated development and one to one time with residents.
At Dewdown House we offer 40 residents a new chapter of their lives; we keep our care homes smaller to provide a sense of homeliness and family. Our Care home provides a unique setting where our corridors and numerous lounges encourage movement, involvement and a sense of fun. There is a hairdresser that visits the home twice a week and the enclosed patio provides a haven even on the chillies days.
As a Care Assistant you will play a key role in delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes resident choice and control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence.
