We are looking for employees who have a passion for caring, we will provide you with full training and unlike other care homes provide our employees with a minimum of two hours per week of dedicated development and one to one time with residents.

Holt House is a residential care home in Prestwich. Our mix of private and shared spaces affords our residents plenty of opportunities to socialise and take part in activities, while also providing privacy and easy access. Our facilities include: thirty-one en-suite bedrooms, two dining rooms, a conservatory and patio overlooking a large, beautiful garden.

We recognise that everyone is at a different stage of their care journey, and work with each resident to draw up an individualised care plan that best meets their needs. As a Care Assistant you will play a key role in delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes resident choice and control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence.
