We are seeking a Care and Support Assistant to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
Sussex Avenue has six bedrooms spread across two attached bungalows: The Oaks and The Willows. We provide care and support for adults aged 18 to 65, who have a range of learning and physical disabilities. Our kind and caring team help residents to achieve good emotional health and improve their wellbeing and quality of life.
This service is part of an exciting development with significant investment by Sanctuary Supported Living and Kent County Council in collaboration with the family of residents that live at Sussex Avenue.
