Role Responsibilities:
- Candidate attraction and Registrations: building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and on-site staff.
- Working with local Auckland groups, clubs, MSD etc in the community to find quality reliable staff
- Recruitment: sourcing candidates for a variety of roles in several businesses (mainly in general and blue collar sectors).
- Health and Safety: be knowledgeable and managing daily internal systems and processes.
- Daily check ins with staff
- System updates daily
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Excellent people skills and phone manner
- Good connections in the local community in Auckland
- The ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- A willingness to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment, and be agile.
- Good IT skills
