Job Description

Our client, based in Auckland is passionate about creating a positive customer experience, building strong relationships with customers and finding the best solution for their customers within the airline and travel industry.

As a Contact Centre Consultant, you will be responding to inbound queries and providing excellent customer service. You will be assisting with bookings and managing existing reservations along with general travel and airline enquiries. Customers will be at the forefront everyday.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion to serve customers with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Experience in the aviation industry and/or working in a contact/call centre environment
  • Basic knowledge of PC office applications
  • New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and resilience
  • Flexibility to work on a 7 day rotational roster basis
