About the role and what we are looking for:

We have an exciting opportunity for an amazing Full Time Cafe Supervisor to work within our Defence site; Papakura Military Camp. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00/15:30.

Your responsibilities: 

This key role is responsible for ensuring our food, beverage and customer service is outstanding for our valued customers. This will be done by leading and participating in a team that goes above and beyond for our valued clientele and ensures we obtain the high levels of service standards expected at all times.

Ideal skills and experience:

• Have previous experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
• Be hard working, reliable, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a born performer with impeccable Barista skills & have experience with food preparation.
• Have a natural knack for leading a diverse team, and understanding labour budgets.
• Have proven experience within a 5-star/FOH environment and leading a team.
• Hold a valid Duty Managers certificate.
• Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, 'can do' attitude.
