Job Description

This employer is searching for an energetic, vibrant and charismatic individual to front a busy espresso bar in central Auckland. You must be passionate about hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment with a tight team of professionals. 

The successful applicant must be an experienced operator, capable of working both the Front of House and Barista stations. Familiarity with the use of POS system would be helpful.

Hours are rostered Monday - Sunday from 8.30 -  12.30 on a rolling four day on, 2 day off basis. 
Duties and responsibilities include:

• Being the face of the business, you must be enthusiastic, welcoming and professional at all times
• Taking and processing orders accurately
• Preparing and serving cabinet food
• Preparing espresso based beverages 
• Stock management
• Controlling the flow of service
• Ensure cleaning schedule is maintained
• Monitor quality of all product served
• Be a supportive colleague to your team mates, and respond well to direction
