About the role

You’ll become part of one of the most exciting and fast-moving buying departments in the world. By supporting our Buyer and Assistant Buyer, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the Buying Office across all omnichannel (store, online and airports) and both operational models (own buy and concession).

As a Buyers Clerk within Mens Designer Collection, you will be responsible for creating all Purchase Orders for the department and ensuring all POs are confirmed on the system ahead of the new seasons. Liaising with the merchandising team, you’ll ensure merchandise is delivered on time by monitoring deliveries for online managed and concessions stock..

About you

The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate confidently at all levels and build relationships with brands, the store retail team, merchandising team and online trading team.

You will possess:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: specifically Excel and Word
• A passion for Menswear
• A desire for a career in Buying
• The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
• SAP knowledge (preferred)
