• $24-27 per hour depending on experience.

As a junior butcher you will be producing, preparing and packing meats as required, assisting the Head Butcher in daily operations.

This includes portioning and cutting of products.

You will be Assisting in the management of stock for the Butchery, collating client orders.

Dispatch will also be required when necessary.

This position is full time 35 hours minimum, 4am starts and early finishes.

You will be able to:

• Have a clear understanding of food safety and ensure your product knowledge is at a level where different products can be easily identified.

• Deliver personal service and the highest quality of meats.
