Your new role

You will be responsible for working with the Information Services Group (ISG) to provide a high level of service across all ICT solutions whilst maintaining development and delivery of the ISG work plan.

Specifically the role is responsible for:

• Owning and managing life cycle of assigned applications ensuring high quality, consistency and effective service
• Seeking and investigating service improvements and preparing a business case for these improvements
• Implementing service improvements as per approved business case
• Coaching, directing and act as an advisor to colleges and customers
• Liaising with vendors and customers

What you'll need to succeed:

• Business Analysis experience in the IT industry
• Experience in managing application life cycles
• Systems evaluation, design and implementation experience
• Agile or Kanban experience
