Job Description

The Content Services team is seeking a highly motivated Business Program Manager to help drive efforts across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to improve our internal efficiency in hiring/onboarding the best talent and managing open headcount across segment teams. As part of the Chief of Staff organization, you will work directly with engineering managers, recruiting and business operations professionals to ensure that we are actively engaged in the correct processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop hiring demand plan for the organization
  • Work with recruiting to ensure we are engaged in events and hiring opportunities
  • Create a reporting process that regularly captures changes and provides visibility to the leadership team
  • Create light weight and scalable processes that the team can use to improve tracking/management of headcount
  • Work with business operations partners to establish a Content Services onboarding process

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, business management or operational role, preferably with technology/software engineering teams or related fields
  • Demonstrated project-management and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills (Verbal/Written)
  • Experience developing scalable processes
  • Proven track record of developing relationships across an organization
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically but also able to drive tactics/execution
