What is the role?
As a Business Operations Manager you will be responsible for launching and optimising new and existing products and services to grow startups, improve program satisfaction, and productivity.

This role will lead all program operations, including: 1) optimising account support to deliver a premium offering to enable startups to focus on their growth; 2) driving the roadmap for new services to make selling on Amazon simple for resource-strapped startups and help the team scale our inputs; and 3) managing our operations teams to improve SLAs and innovate.

In addition, you will product manage at least one complex area for the whole Amazon Launchpad programme. Identifying customer needs, mapping requirements, and working with partner teams to build and scale solutions.

Key job responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collect customer feedback through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Identify and pilot initiatives to improve startup growth, satisfaction, and productivity.
• Drive improvements in existing products and operations processes to improve productivity and satisfaction.
• Work with cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, Product, and Tech to develop and build new products and services.
• Own complex and ambiguous projects end to end independently.
• Scale successful products and processes to other Marketplace teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including 3+ years of program and product management experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proven ability to deliver results, influence others, and use analytical skills to build detail oriented plans.
• Relentlessly customer-focused - always doing what is right for the customer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Independence in data analysis with SQL and Excel.
