As Business Manager for PE, you will have the opportunity to be at the center of and influence our industry’s Digital Transformation. 

Enabling digital transformation and growth in the areas of Core Commerce, Professional Services, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Trade, HR, Azure Data Center, and Integrations, ensuring compliance with government-mandated regulations and financial processes.

You’ll be a vital, trusted member of the leadership team. You’ll participate in challenging, fast paced execution activities and will contribute big picture thinking and strategic decision-making. The ability to drive clarity, alignment and accountability throughout the organization is critical. 
 

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the organizational and business ROB for Core Business Services and Integrations while looking for opportunities to build upon, experiment, and scale. 
• Understand the end-to-end business to most effectively manage priorities for the Service Offering LT, including helping to unblock challenges/mitigate risks
• Drive cross SCE initiatives, planning, and budget to manage and drive efficiencies.
• Manage internal organizational communications strategy and execution on behalf of the LT.
• Orchestrate and facilitate group events including All Hands, Staff meetings, and LT offsites.
• Partner with the leadership team on multiple workstreams (e.g., workforce planning, culture, business health, etc.).
• Drive the process for headcount ramp, forecasting and hiring strategies.
• Serve as a proxy for CBSI LT, as needed to provide scale across cross organizational initiatives.
• Drive team health initiatives, understanding the pulse of the team via AMA and listening sessions. 

Qualifications

BA or BS degree 

8 years plus experience as a Business Manager, Program Manager, Communications Manager, Business Planning role within a technology setting .

Preferred Skills: 

• Strategic planning, portfolio management, and execution skills 
• Workforce Planning Skills 
• Program/Project Management experience with the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment. 
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem resolution, and decision-making skills 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Manage confidentiality without exception.
• Ability to work effectively throughout the organization, from executives to individual contributors and with internal and external partners.
