This position is a great next step for someone with BDR experience who wants supervisory responsibility and/or has an interest in recruiting.This role provides a balance of staff supervision and personal candidate interaction. This role is what we call a candidate-side position where you, and the staff you supervise, will be speaking with candidates who are looking for a job (or a new job).This role also provides an opportunity to learn the finer points of talent acquisition as you will be working under the direction of a seasoned high-performing manager.

Candidate Development Team Leader Responsibilities: Help job seekers navigate the labyrinth of modern-day job hunting. Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads (i.e., present the right client opportunity to the right candidate) Develop, supervise, and motivate remote staff in a way that is fun for all Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs Provide regular reporting to senior management and presentation to management Requirements to be a Candidate Development Team Leader at PSG Over 1 year of successful experience as a Business Development Representative Are a “people person” able to empathize with a range of people Are excited to learn new skills and are comfortable taking on a wide array of responsibilities Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as lead a team Under 30-minute commute to work from our Boston office (right near South Station)
