About us and our product:

 Currently, when you walk into your local Tesco, newsagents, or whichever shop on the high street you’re quite likely to use a card to make that payment or your phone (which is linked to your card).

 The services that a merchant uses to accept card payments (sum up, stripe, etc) will be paying anywhere between 1 to 2% of the transaction as a fee, on top of any monthly subscription cost and the paying for the card terminal.

 In 2018 new legislation came out in the UK and EU that forced banks to release APIs that would allow customers to send payments and view account information, this is called open banking.

 Our app, allows merchants to bypass the use of cards to accept payments reducing transaction fee’s to a fraction of what they are currently. 

Currently, we have a polished product that works in a sandbox environment, we’re working closely with consultants and putting together an application to the FCA to authorise us to make our app live, we’re hoping this should take around 6 months.

 At the moment our product is not operational and we can only offer equity and perhaps come to some kind of arrangement around commission for onboarded customers when the time comes.
