Robert Half is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, incident reporting and project management methodologies. Does this sound like you? Our client in the education sector is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month, part time contract. This position will require some on-site meetings, however the remainder of work can be conducted remotely.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate and document the current business processes across the IT department through user interviews and workshops
• Streamline workflows; provide recommendations of new tools and/or methodologies
• Provide a document outlining all new workflows to be referenced when training new employees
• Host training sessions for existing staff on new processes

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst conducting a full as-is analysis of larger organizations IT processes related to the service desk and IT projects
• Have a background in IT infrastructure, incident management and project management
• Experience interviewing users and key stakeholders; able to discover pain-points
• Experience with the M365 suite and SharePoint considered an asset
