Job Description

Contract (daily rate) or permanent. You could be based anywhere in NZ and work fully remotely

The role:

  • Work with stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements 
  • Identify and analyse business processes and procedures, recommend system improvements and deploy functional solutions
  • Coordinate and enhance business readiness for individual projects, working closely with pour client's internal teams
  • Interact with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate technical requirements into high level project actions and designs. 
  • Work closely with internal business and technology teams as well as external teams
  • Ensure that functional and technical requirements are in alignment
  • Create training plans and training materials such as training session presentations, quick reference guides and cheat sheets. 
  • Facilitate workshops with a broad range of business stakeholders both internal and external
  • Partner with delivery managers for implementation projects that may be using Agile frameworks, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies 

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with large complex organisations
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of various professional service deliverables, change management, processes and tools
  • Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures. 
  • In-depth experience of developing functional and non-functional requirements 
  • Prior applied working knowledge of requirements elicitation and elaboration practices, partnered with working session facilitation and collaboration
  • Immediate availability- or at the most in 2 weeks
