Truly a New Zealand success story, our client has an immediate need for multiple Business Analysts to come on board and work on an exciting enterprise wide ERP implementation.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Build and document detailed business requirements for the high level and detailed design
• Document the new Future Systems business processes based on the approved detailed design (in Promapp)
• Analyse the business/user impact of the new Future Systems business processes against the current business processes
• Document the process change from the impact analysis providing it as a tool for the Culture & Change and Learning & Development work streams
• Build and document use cases, test scenarios and test scripts
• Provide assistance with testing the system and business process with a consistent approach to improving system capabilities and business processes
• Provide content for, and QA learning and training artefacts – as developed and delivered by the Learning & Development team
• Assist with data cleansing activities and Data Migration definitions.

To be considered for this position you will have:

• 3+ years\' experience working as a Business Analyst on a large-scale ERP project or similar commercial/business experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to ensure clarity and alignment of understanding of requirements
• Proven ability to communicate concepts and solutions
• Keeps up to date with the latest technologies and methods
• Ability to understand operational business problems, and how they relate to requirements
• Being reliable and a self-starter who can deliver in a complex, ambiguous and constantly changing environment
• Ready and able to take the initiative and drive actions and outcomes
• Is able to understand and appreciate different perspectives, to adapt an approach as the requirements of a situation change, and to change or easily accept changes
• Can maintain personal effectiveness in the face of pressure, set-backs. Can demonstrate an approach to work that is characterised by commitment and motivation
• Relating to and working with people – uses understanding of others and self to work effectively together through influence and persuasion
