HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear & Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

Sited within our Business Development team, the candidate will guarantee the most business relevant analysis and reporting systems in order to support the company grow and its alignment to the global strategy.  The role referring to a Team Leader, will take care of the following tasks

What you can expect:

• Reporting setting for the whole HUGO BOSS Ticino organization in the following areas: Sales, Collection Frameworks, P&L KPIs.
• Support the creation of the outlook scenarios: define both the targets and the tracking systems (data collection, integration, and performance monitoring) to ensure a proper implementation of the Group Strategy and maximize the full potential of each product category;
• Support the definition of both the Yearly and Seasonal budgets for each Brand, Line and product category;
• Prepare the overall reporting dashboards and the related documents (eg ppt docs) to identify trends and suggest counteractions;
• Manage strong connection and interaction with both the Controlling and the BUs’ interfaces (Brand Management/Operations) sited at HUGO BOSS Ticino and at the HQ;
• Data maintenance in Company systems such as PLM and SAP.

Your profile:

• Have a Master Degree in Engineering, Economics or comparable graduation and experience in similar role acquired in large corporation or international company;
• Be willing to become familiar with the dynamics of the fashion industry and its related competencies or consolidate them
• Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel and PowerPoint and SAP,

         VBA, SQL competences as well as AO and  QlikView would be a plus;

• Featured by strong analytical skills and capability to understand business challenges;
• Provide a distinctive networking and communication effectiveness.
• Be focused, organized and able to work in a demanding team;
• Be fluent in English, German and Italian would be a plus.
