A well-reputed media company that is known among New Zealanders is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team and be part of some of their exciting initiatives across the business.

Your new role

As a Business Analyst, you will be working across multiple projects that will involve requirements elicitation, Gap analysis, process mapping, running of workshops and writing user stories and case studies. You will be communicating daily with various stakeholders of all seniority levels.

• Have strong experience in customer experience or in a customer facing environment
• Knowledgeable in CRM systems such as Salesforce
• An understanding of UML would be advantageous
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders from all levels, including senior members to the development teams
• Able to work in a high-pressured atmosphere and manage multiple tasks at once
• The right to work and live in New Zealand
