• Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
• Location:  380 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne

A new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Finance team, where you will support the definition, design and implementation of standard Finance processes, cleansed and migrated data, and training for the SAP Government & Defence (G&D) project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the SAP Lead and the business to develop process maps.
• Design and configuration to support processes executed in SAP.
• Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and execution of UAT test cases.
• Support identification and execution of data cleansing requirements, templates, reporting and training materials.
• Collaboration across team members and business stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and business impacts are considered when delivering the G&D SAP Project.
• Support successful delivery of SAP Program and G&D SAP project to agreed quality, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

To ensure your success, you will possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a member of Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable teams.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in working with formal project governance.
• Strong relationship building, influencing and communication skills with experience interacting across large and diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline advantageous.
