About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to learn on the job whilst studying for a qualification? 

We are looking for a Business Admin Apprentice. As our Business Admin Apprentice your principle role is to support our Governance and Legal teams. Whilst you complete our structured apprenticeship programme you will have the opportunity to gain real on-the-job training which will lead you to gain some valuable work experience and potentially an opportunity to secure a full-time job with us. 

You will be assigned a mentor during your apprenticeship to assist you throughout your apprenticeship. 

You will be enthusiastic, energetic with a thirst to provide excellent customer service, this role requires you to ensure service levels are maintained accordingly. You will take rent payments and deal with rent enquiries and ensure repair orders are dealt with appropriately. 

You will manage the day to day posts, assist in processing invoices and work with your colleagues to ensure there is service excellence to all that you do. 

You will have excellent time management skills, be able to meet deadlines whilst having an excellent customer care skill. 

You will be able to communicate effectively with all our internal and external customers; no experience is required for this opportunity as on the job learning and support will be provided.
