A dynamic opportunity has opened in our Aggregation Services team for a Broker Support Officer - Aggregation Services to contribute to the success of our national support team.
In this role you will provide support to brokers from within National Aggregation businesses; National Finance Choice and United Financial Services. The role’s focus is to quickly and expertly action referred finance applications on behalf of Aggregation brokers. This includes providing financial analysis and preparation of loan applications.

Key Responsibilities include:
Positively interact with Aggregation brokers at all times, including high standards of punctuality, compliance, and business ethics.
Constructively and accurately provide Aggregation brokers with loan scenario support, including workshopping of potential applications to assist in the placement of customers to the right lender.
Work within agreed deal and application turnaround benchmarks, advising of progress on applications and daily intended settlements to Aggregation Brokers
Ensure all applications submitted for processing are finalised and settled in accordance with the settlements process and within agreed timeframes
Ensure loan contracts are prepared correctly and in a timely manner to facilitate efficient signups

Prior Finance product/industry knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with online systems, and remote working tools
Ability to learn and master complex products and systems effortlessly
