Job Description

Due to growth, Behemoth Brewing Company is in need of an exceptional Brewery Operations Administrative Assistant to join the team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors while they are on-site
  • Answer customer queries submitted through Head Office and Logistics inboxes in a timely manner
  • Use strong phone contact handling and active listening skills serving customers by providing accurate product and logistical information 
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times via phone, e-mail, and messages.
  • Open new customer accounts by accurately recording account information
  • Process orders and credits accurately to maintain customer financial accounts
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing and updating company databases with current customer details
  • Resolves product and logistical problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Appropriately escalate unresolved issues and customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
  • Be detail-oriented and organized, using these skills to locate documents (such as PODs) or recall protocol at a moment’s notice 
  • Be comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, or other similar software
  • Help organize and prepare a Logistics daily work plan to help the Logistics team prioritize workload and plan work accordingly
  • Participate in the re-pack process and ensure daily records are kept of any re-pack operations to aid with inventory reconciliations
  • Understand the logistics process aiding in the resolution of customer issues
  • Multi-tasking and communicating in a positive way under pressure when liaising between customers and couriers

  • Proven experience in customer service providing the ability to deal with a diverse range of customer queries
  • A willingness to learn and take our company policies and procedures on board
  • Comfortability using  and creating new systems and processes
  • Strong communication skills to engage our customers and provide solutions to problems.
