We’re looking for an exceptional and passionate Brand Specialist to join our team in Victoria Beckham.

As a Brand Specialist you will represent and be the face of Victoria Beckham  a brand which is voice of modern minimalism, celebrated for its versatility, strong sense of sophistication, and effortless approach to wardrobing women for every part of their lives.

You will be responsible for providing a complete shopping experience that is unrivalled by our competitors. You will understand the importance of building long lasting relationships with clients and have experience of high sales transactions and be able to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand.

You will also understand and properly execute all systems and POS procedures to ensure prompt and efficient sales transactions and full compliance.

This is a permanent role of 37,5 hours per week.

About you

With a background in customer service, ideally within retail, our expectations, standards and pace will stretch and develop you. We’re a friendly team that works together and shares the pressures, but don’t under-estimate the challenges. Ours is a fast-paced environment and you’ll need:

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
• A genuine interest and passion for Victoria Beckham  and Harrods.
• Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
• An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A strong ability to work within a team.
• Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
