Managing the social ecosystem within a dynamic and forward-thinking company. As the social expert you will be charged with constantly assessing the brand engagement across all current and emerging platforms - IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, all social media platforms current and future. With a clear eye on trends globally. Creating a strategy and supporting all teams to understand our vision. Empowering the sales team to access and utilise this information to grow their networks.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute strategy based on testing, learning and making data-driven decisions
- Have an acute eye for detail and ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms
- Establish and implement best practices for all of Antipodes social media platforms
- Be at the forefront of social landscape changes, providing timely perspectives to senior management on new developments and potential opportunities for the Antipodes brand
- Plan organic social media following strategy for each key ‘Western’ market (NZ, AU, UK, France, Central Europe, Nordics). Ensuring this strategy is aligned with local distributor, retailer and PR company plans.
- Set up the D2C marketing strategy to drive acquisition and retention of customers
- Report on the performance of all digital marketing activities and compare results against KPI’s and ROI targets
- Work successfully with content partners, media partners, production partners, retailers, distributors, and agencies.
- Develop and foster relationships with partner teams, serving as the partnership expert and providing strategic counsel on the program overall.
- Build a strong partnership with the internal Sales team to support their global reach and unique market propositions.
This key leader must have their finger on the pulse of the consumer market landscape across industries, bringing best-in-class thought leadership and innovation to the team.
What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or similar
- 2 years + Social media management
- A background in e-commerce required, experience within the Health and Beauty Industry desirable
- Proven ability to keep up with the ever-changing social landscape, staying ahead of the curve when it comes to identifying new trends on social
- Proven track record of growing and maintaining similar brand social media accounts
- Well-developed understanding of Influencer and Partnership marketing strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills
