Job Description
What you'll do:
- Brand guardianship working closely with internal teams to ensure that we consistently land our brand identity across each team area
- Leading weekly brand hub for Internal creative approvals
- Working closely with our agency to evolve our core brand assets across all our touchpoints
- Delivery of our always on OOH creative
- Work closely with research teams and agencies to test our assets making recommendations to evolve the distinct identity for NOW
- Work closely with the Marketing controller to help deliver brand campaigns, showcasing our range of brilliant content to our key audiences, across TV, Audio, Print and Digital channels
- You will love content, and constantly champion and live the brand values in approach to and execution of all campaigns - as part of the role you may have to work on Entertainment and/or Movies campaigns as well as Sports throughout the year
What you'll bring:
- A strong creative eye with experience in briefing and evaluating creative, generating and challenging ideas as well as motivating others with your feedback
- Shown experience of working on multiple TTL campaigns; delivering to time and within budget. Ability to run one or more campaign channels end to end.
- Able to present work and make recommendations to Head of Department level
- Become comfortable with regularly meeting the challenges of tight deadlines and balancing multiple projects, taking responsibility and initiative for actions, projects and timelines
- Good organisation and communication skills, with confidence to influence others and handle agencies. You will lead teams across our media agency and internal/external creative agencies, attending weekly status meetings and calls and encouraging positive relationships up to Account Director level.
- Always ensuring agencies are clearly briefed to deliver insightful outstanding campaigns on time, and within budget.
