What You’ll Do as a Brand Marketing Associate:

• You’ll be a passionate Brand Marketing Associate, building trust and rapport with prospective customers in a fast-paced, residential marketing environment
• As a Brand Marketing Associate, you’ll be an expert in all things, and you will help build easy solutions for our customers as you market our range of heating and cooling products and services
• You’ll identify marketing and advertising needs in support of sales initiatives and contribute to the marketing team’s success by achieving personal sales goals
• You will stay ahead of the curve by completing training regularly – and then share what you’ve learned with others

What You’ll Need as a Brand Marketing Associate:

• Experience or education in marketing, advertising, business, sales, or related roles an asset but not required
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Great people skills – for example: being a good listener, able to build relationships, and able to overcome objections
• Great communication skills
• Great work ethic, ambition, and willingness to start in an entry level marketing role
