Private Client Experience and Marketing

What will you be doing?

The role has a broad range of responsibilities, supporting the Client Experience team in a variety of client-focused tasks. These include assisting with:

• Client Experience management - Ensuring clients receive an end-to-end exceptional experience when visiting the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood.
• Marketing Events - Supporting the Marketing Manager in producing and delivering targeted marketing activations and events for clients.
• Dealer Visit Coordination - Supporting the experience for international clients and dealers visiting the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood. Including but not limited to: hospitality planning, chauffeur and logistics management, site presentation
• Fleet management – Organising logistics and staging support for all team fleet requirements..

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:1 in a Business related degree
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• A service-orientated, can-do attitude 
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent administration/people/organisational/IT skills
