About the Team

The Brand and Acquisition team at TalkTalk are responsible for how the brand looks, feels, behaves, is seen and delivers against sales targets. We are central to a marketing and sales lead company that looks to challenge the industry status quo, and who’s output is seen internally to be crucial to success. 


We work with some of the best external agencies, media owners and suppliers to deliver the results the business needs, and in our team everybody contributes to success through being heard and valued as part of a high performing and positive team.


About the Role 

The Brand and Acquisition Manager is responsible for delivery of campaigns with the aim of driving in week and month sales.  You'll work with the media lead and onsite media team to design an optimal media strategy then take responsibility for delivering the creative to a high standard, ensuring you act as a strong brand guardian through the process.

You'll work with your team to deliver clear briefs into the onsite creative team then manage the campaigns through production to reach UK consumers. You'll always be looking for ways to test and learn in your channels to ensure every penny spent generates the best return for the business. You'll also be diligent and produce accurate forecasting, tracking and reporting and have the ability to work cross functionally.

Must have

  • Campaign creation from brief to analysis

  • Creative skill, from concept to delivery

  • Campaign reporting and analysis experience

  • D2D and Direct Marketing experience

  • Digital experience: Display, Paid Social & Online Video

  • Budget responsibility

Desirable

  • Google Analytics

  • Hyper-local marketing

  • Telecoms experience
