About the role

Are you ready for your next challenge? Our busy Aberdeen branch are on the lookout for an ambitious Branch Manager, who can drive and motivate this successful team.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week between Monday to Friday, alongside 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the branch and team

• Monitoring and improving the branch performance

• Always providing excellent customer service

• Implementing improvements to increase efficiency and maximise sales

• Bringing in new business through proactive sales calling 

• Recruiting of branch

• Following and implement all company polices

About you

• Previous management experience is essential

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer literate

• A full UK driving Licence is essential
