The Opportunity:

Seeking a driven & energetic Branch Manager with a proven retail history in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will utilise your people leadership and operational skills to ensure for the delivery of sales & profit targets

Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Ensure the Branch floor is effectively managed and maintained at all times
• Work with the Internal Stakeholders to continually improve stock availability and inventory controls
• Ensure customers are the number one priority, receiving the high standard of service they deserve 
• Oversee Store team to ensure they are performing their role as required
• Promote a team culture that encourages a positive and motivated working environment 
• To ensure that health and safety policy and procedure is applied and maintained at all times – when in the warehouse and especially while operating the forklift.

The successful candidate will:

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring staff including recruitment and performance management processes 
• Proven experience in full end to end financial management of a store operation 
• Strong organisational, time management skills and be commercially astute 
• A passion for customer service excellence
• Ability to manage a varied and busy workload
• Large format experience advantageous
