Job Description

The role has an accounts focus, as well as involving coordination and client support, so will keep you busy, with plenty of scope!

Key Duties include:

  • Processing service and installation charge sheets.
  • Reconciliation of installation accounts.
  • Liaising with the credit controller regarding outstanding debtors.
  • Arranging sundry payments.
  • Recording service calls and relaying to technicians, plus advising clients when technicians are despatched.
  • Sales database updating.
  • Attending Health and Safety meetings and ensuring incidents are reported.
  • Answering calls and attending to visitors ( as back up to front desk).

Traits and Experience needed:

  • A calm, positive attitude.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Sounds accounts/coordination background.
  • Ability to pick up systems quickly and juggle priorities as required.
  • Excellent clear communication style.

Experience with SAP is a bonus
