About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time administrator/receptionist at our busy Ponsonby Branch.
We are looking for an all-round frontline admin person with excellent computer and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a friendly, can-do attitude. You'll play an important role in helping to support and develop a busy and successful real estate sales team, while being part of a positive and friendly office environment.
You'll be reliable, have a sound work ethic, and be comfortable working without supervision. Real estate industry experience and/or knowledge of B&T systems would be a distinct advantage, but not essential for the right person.
Ponsonby office is a great location, with cafes and shops across the road, and easy on-site parking.
