The Role: 

​​​​​​​We are currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the Outpatient Department. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality.

What you’ll do:

• Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes
• Prioritise patient’s health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload
• Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team
• Develop excellent working relationships
• Maintain excellent standards with infection control
• Complete admin duties such as patient note preparation, patient calls.

What you’ll bring with you:

• Registered nursing qualification or equivalent
• Registered with the NMC
• Experience of a team approach to care delivery
• Sound written and verbal communication skills 
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated Computer Skills
• Previous Outpatient experience is highly desirable
• Previous Day case Surgical experience is desirable
• Venepuncture experience is desirable, but training can be provided.
