Key responsibilities
- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Maintain and balance general ledger
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Monitor accounts by balancing entries
- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Look after archived records by categorizing documents
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Earlier work involving ADP Financial Services
- Experience with Month-end Financial
- Foundational knowledge in Month-end Close Activities
- Quality experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Practical knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Wide ranging experience with Answering Inbound Calls
- Well-founded grasp of Monthly Account Reconciliation
- Experience with Sage 100
