What you’ll be doing…
In this role you will lead and develop a high performing Onboarding, Billing & Settlements Operations (OBS) team accountable for the development and management of the EDF Business Solutions (EBS) operational plan, holding all stakeholders to account to ensure EBS maximises performance and meets all financial targets.
You will drive, scope and coordinate new and existing OBS projects to completion, ensuring compliance with industry mandates, while identifying opportunities for commercial growth and embedding high performance standards.
You’ll be responsible for the governance and controls of all bespoke billing products, ranging from launch approval through to the monthly auditing of charges and EBS adherence to all regulatory billing codes.
You will also manage high-profile customer or system incidents and associated response teams, complex insolvencies, coordinating daily operational reporting, commission payments, contract round renewals and facing into all stakeholders on behalf of the Large and Mid-Market teams.
