Responsibilities

• Managing all incoming phone calls
• Greeting visitors in a professional services environment
• Schedule appointments
• Provide superior customer service and maintain privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures
• Strong customer service and office administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and basic French
• Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
